North Carolina 2024 - Route 1This North Carolina route 1 takes place on Saturday, May 25th and visits 5 different stops. Route runs from 8:30am - 11:45am. This is a good early bird route. • It starts at Carrboro Coffee Roasters - Chapel Hill (1215 E Franklin St, Chapel Hill, NC 27514) at 8:30am, sharp! Allow time to park. Other stops include Caffe Driade, 1922 Cafe, Epilogue Books Chocolate Brews, and ends at Perennial. Total distance of this route is 1.75 miles, and is designed to be bike- and walk-friendly. North Carolina 2024 - Route 3This North Carolina route 3 takes place on Saturday, May 25th and visits 5 different stops. Route runs from 10:00am - 1:20pm. This route is the most compact, with all stops within a mile along Franklin and Main. • It starts at Carrboro Coffee Roasters - Carrboro (101 S Greensboro St, Carrboro, NC 27510) at 10:00am, sharp! Allow time to park. Other stops include Open Eye Cafe, Gray Squirrel Coffee Co., Boro Beverage, and ends at 1922 Cafe. This route has an advantage of covering more ground and those wanting to start in Raleigh. • It starts at NoRa Cafe (12333 Strickland Rd, Raleigh, NC 27613) at 9:30am, sharp! Allow time to park. Other stops include 321 Coffee (Morris St, Durham location), The Oak House Durham, Cloche Coffee, and ends at Sweets By Shaydu. Total distance of this route is 25 miles, and is a self driving route. North Carolina 2024 - Route 4This North Carolina route 4 takes place on Saturday, May 25th and visits 5 different stops. Route runs from 10:45am - 2:10pm. This route is a later start with a good variety, and ending in south Durham. • It starts at Carrboro Coffee Roasters - Chapel Hill (1215 E Franklin St, Chapel Hill, NC 27514) at 10:45am, sharp! Allow time to park. Other stops include Epilogue Books Chocolate Brews, Perennial, Boro Beverage, and ends at People's Coffee (Durham location). - You will receive a confirmation receipt email within 36 hours after your ticket purchase. Be sure to check the email you bought the tickets from, including your spam folder especially GMAIL accounts. All event communications will be sent to that email. Your physical ticket(s) will be mailed to you unless within 5 days of the event, in which case they will be emailed as a PDF and held for you at will call with your route tour guide at the start of the event.
- Tickets include admittance to all stops on your selected route during the designated times (includes a drink and/or chocolate sample, and educational presentation at each stop). All drink, and even edible, samples are at the discretion of participating shops, and planned ahead of time by their team and staff.
- You will receive an online program emailed to you the week of the event. Be sure to check the email you bought the tickets from.
- Children are welcome. If you plan to bring a child please contact us first, in reference to ticket need, etc., so we aware for spacing. Please and thank you! There are sometimes caffeine-free options. There are occasionally alcohol-based coffee drinks. All drinks are at the discretion of participating shops.
- Each stop along the route has a set start and end time that was confirmed with that business. This is to keep the event organized, and give each ticket holder the best experience possible. Please be prepared to stay on schedule and follow cues from your tour guide, as there will be multiple routes in operation at once.
- Tickets are non-refundable. Same situation as a concert, sporting event, or any other event. You are welcome to pass them along.
- It doesn't happen often, but there have been shops on Caffeine Crawls that have adjusted their location, closed down, or had a business emergency in between route planning and the actual Caffeine Crawl. We do the best we can to rearrange and fill that void, or reimburse that portion.
- Caffeine Crawl and The LAB will not be held responsible for any travel-related incidents while attending Caffeine Crawl. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the Terms & Conditions, maintaining full responsibility for your personal and vehicular safety, and your own items, while traveling between shops by foot, car, bus, city transportation, or bicycle.
